Participants Guidelines:
Varies at each location. Lowest minimum age is 8, but all under 18’s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Sites are open for group bookings 7 days a week, although events will only take place depending on the weather.

Clothes you are happy to get wet, old trainers, swimwear and a towel.
