Bodegas Monje El Sauzal Wine & Vineyard

Learn and have fun participating in a “Mojo Pícon and Canarian Potatoes” workshop. This
sauce is typical of the Canary Islands and can be red or green; made using
coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Our chef will guide you through the steps so
you can achieve the best flavour when making one of the seven gastronomic
marvels of Spain.

Enjoy freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced
goats cheese and chorizo perro), thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread and
Canarian potatoes with mojo accompanied with three glasses of our young wines.

Freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced goats cheese
and chorizo perro) and thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread followed by
shoulder of roast pork cooked in our firewood oven * accompanied by sweet
vegetables, almond mojo, Canarian potatoes and a lettuce and onion salad
dressed in Monje Macho vinegar. Dessert: Canarian cream with Hollera Jam. This
menu includes coffee or tea and three glasses of young wine.
⏩ IMPORTANT
As an alternative to meat, this part can be substituted for a fish or vegetable dish depending on the requirements of the client. Children from 4 to 12 years If your reservation surpass the number of people allowed, contact us.
If due to weather incidents or due to full capacity in the Restaurant - Terrace; Brunches, Lunches and Tastings could be served without prior notice at the Wine Club located inside the winery.
We have a transfer service - It must be reserved 24 hours before the chosen date.

11:00 am Guided tour of the winery (60 minutes), after Mojos Workshop (90 minutes).
Opening hours of the restaurant are from 10:00h to 18:00h. The kitchen is open until 16:00h If you want you can have our transfer service, book here


❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you don't wish to enjoy the purchased activity, you can exchange it for any other service or product of our store 60 days after the date of purchase. If you want the refund of the amount will be discounted 9 € in concept of management and bank fees. In case you want some of the options mentioned before, once you do the reservation you have to cancelled at least 24h before via email. In terms of expiration or extension for the same reason you will have to pay 3€ per person and the difference in price if there has been a change in rate.
