Our forest sauna in Sjoa is a great activity whether you want to relaxed after a kayak course or are just passing through the Heidal valley and want to check out a cool experience. The sauna is open from 0700 - 2100 (we only full offer day passes, where you stay as long as you like over the period of one day). You must light and heat the sauna yourself - we provide all wood and fire-lighting materials. Be careful when swimming in the river. Be kind and respectful of other guests. Feel free to use the outside shower if you do not want to do the river swim. Bring 2 towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with.
