Our forest sauna in Sjoa is a great activity whether you want to relaxed after a kayak course, raft tour, or are just passing through the Heidal valley and are looking for other a cool experiences. The sauna is open from 07:00 - 23:00 (11pm). We heat the sauna up for you and provide wood for heating the sauna. Be careful when swimming in the river. Want to book the entire sauna private for your team or group? - book here. Be kind and respectful of other guests. Feel free to use the outside shower if you do not want to do the river swim. Bring 2 towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with. Stay hydrated and drinks lots of water. Do you need accommodation - we offer basic camping and camper van facilities.
