Family walks aim to give the family an experience in nature and enjoy time together to involve all members of the family with no age restriction.
The family walks will be conducted around Maropeng in The Cradle of Humankind It is a mountainous and scenic route with a previous life to experience through excavation.
Excursions depart morning and afternoons. This is a child-friendly activity.

This is a child-friendly activity, however, children up to 12 years must be accompanied by parents/legal guardian
The activity cannot be conducted in moderate to heavy rain. Cancellation only by Sun Eagle Adventures Management

Location - Maropeng - Cradle of Humankind

When - Morning and afternoon, seven days a week, all year round

Wear - Comfortable loose outdoor clothing
Comfortable walking shoes with thick socks
Consider a hat and sunscreen

Bring - Consider taking a small day pack with light refreshments , binoculars and camera.

All guests to be at the Adventure Centre point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time as indemnity forms need to be signed before departure. Minimum 3 people required for the activity to be conducted.
