It is a unique day, and we make the most of it! Its conservation, education, and botany, but experiential. We watch the lives of chimpanzees in semi wild surroundings at the Jane Goodall Institute Chimpanzee Eden – it is a unique opportunity to study these primates who share 98 percent of our DNA! A gratifying thought is that our presence here (our entrance fee) contributes to the rescue of more chimpanzees.

Time for lunch and afterwards take a leisurely stroll through the exquisite Lowveld Botanical gardens. A fitting end to an enriching experience.
