This is our second visit and it was much better. The staff were very attentive, friendly and really understood my boys SEN needs. Nathan their instructor was fantastic, really calm, helpful and supportive. He made them feel at ease. We all really appreciate it and the boys loved every minute. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend the place.

The boys had a fantastic time. What I loved the most was the patience, persistence and understanding of the instructors. I had a confident 9 year old, and a very unsure 6 year old. The instructors found the time and the patience to make him feel confident enough to try the bigger circuit on his own. Thankyou

Went with my 10 year old son and the guys spent extra time with him as he struggled at first but by the end he was really enjoying himself and cant wait to go back.

I booked this for my godson and his five friends and they all had a great time. Unfortunately, they had to finish earlier due to safety concerns. With regards to safety concerns, I would like to extend my appreciation to the staff for their practice and performance of their Health and Safety Policies, in noticing that some of the boys were struggling on the course and, it was better for them to end the ride than allowing them to continue and sustain any injuries. The boys understood the decision and are happy to return at a later date on a different course. I thank all the instructors for their diligence (extra 5 stars for Safety💯) and tolerance, even though we were late in arriving 😫👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Thank You for your cooperation and good customer service.🙏🏾
