Mountain Boarding Ware, Hertfordshire

Your introduction to mountain boarding begins with a thorough safety briefing, followed by getting kitted out in full safety gear including helmet, knee, elbow and wrist protection. Our instructors will help you get used to the board at your own pace, starting on a gentle slope and teaching you the basics of starting and stopping. You will get a whole hour on the board and, depending on your progress, there is then the chance to pick up the pace and even throw in some tricks if you’re really getting the hang of it.

Age 6 – 65 yrs

You must have the ability to climb and descend the stairs unaided

Clothing

• Long sleeves and long trousers must be worn
• No Long boots, wellingtons, sandals, crocs or flip-flops.
• Clothing pockets must be empty and shoes tightly secured.
• Long hair must be tied back at the nape of the neck. Top knots or large hair decorations will not fit under helmets.

Restrictions

You will be prevented from participating if:

• You are known to be suffering serious health issues including but not limited to; heart, neck, arm, back or shoulder problems.
•  You are pregnant
•  You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
