Cocina Conversa Madrid Cooking Experience

In this fun class, we prepare a menu based on traditional tapas, with some innovative touches.We
cook Tortilla de patatas and other traditional tapas such as Madrid -
style mushrooms, gildas (popular pintxos of olives and pickles), mussels
in marinade and Gazpacho. Apart from the recipes, you will also learn
about some of the most important condiments in Spanish cuisine.
We
use fresh seasonal products from local producers. Classes are hands-on
and all tasks are shared among participants, so you will get plenty of
practice.When we finish preparing, we will enjoy our tapas, accompanied by a few drinks and some good conversation.
