What a great activity! Went as a family group and none of us with any previous shooting experience. Instructor was really good and friendly putting all at ease and clearly explaining safety instructions and the basics of clay pigeon shooting. What was really helpful was the attention to detail the instructor gave to each shooter, taking time to explain if the previous shot had been over, under or behind the clay. He really wanted us to have a great time and actually hit a clay. The shooting area was really good, with opportunity to shoot clays from all different angles, directions and speeds. We had a really good time and would highly recommend the experience. It was extremely good value for money when you consider the instructor time, number of clays and shells each of us used. If you have always fancied shooting a shotgun then this is a good place to try it.

The instructor was fantastic ! Lovely venue deep in the country side they even offer archery and paintball and laser clay. The clay pigeon was awsome I picked the 40 rounds and it was more than enough.

We had the best time! Four ladies on a big birthday day out - none of us had ever been near a gun before, literally not a clue! Kieron was brilliant - we learnt loads and he was really patient and kept us safe throughout. We all managed to hit some targets which made our day! Great fun, loved every minute and hoping to go back soon. Great communication from The Big Shoot, easy to follow directions and brilliant value. Highly recommend
