This unforgettable weekend caving course gives you the chance to explore some of Yorkshire's most famous caves, and includes an overnight stay in the heart of the countryside! The weekend begins with a trip to Thistle and Runscar caves in Ribbleshead, followed by caving sessions in Great Douk, Birkwith and Old Ings. After completing your first day caving it's back to base to rest up before your next adventure, which is a trip to Long Churn Cave. Each cave presents it's own challenges and over the course of the weekend you'll learn a whole host of skills, but we've saved the best for last, a tight squeeze through the infamous Cheese Press!

Our experienced instructors based at Ingleton know all of Yorkshire's best caving spots, and over the course of your caving weekend you'll visit them all! When you're not exploring the spectacular labyrinth of underground caves you'll be based at Stack Stead Farm, which as well as being ideally located has it's own pool, sauna, and gym! So if you're looking for a weekend break with a difference there's nowhere better to head underground.
